We all know that it can be intimidating when visiting a new place. We often wonder, "What should I wear?" "What's available for my kids?" "Will I stand out or be asked to do something weird?"
Feel free to throw those worries out the window! We are confident that you will feel welcomed and right at home when you visit!
We have listed answers to frequently asked questions in order to give you a clear picture of life at CLC. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us or visit Guest Services in the atrium when you visit.
When Are Your Services?
We have services every Sunday at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. in our Main Sanctuary. (View all Service Times.) We invite our first-time guests to receive a personal gift from us and to meet CLC Pastors and hostesses after every service in the C-Side room, to the left of the sanctuary platform.
On Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m., we have Discipleship Classes for all ages. Check out this quarter’s class offerings! If it's your first time, you may want to arrive early so we can guide you, answer any of your questions, and help you with child / youth registration if needed.
On Saturday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the main Sanctuary, everyone is invited to join us for Intercessory Prayer . This is a time we have set aside to pray for the upcoming services so that we will continue to see a move of God in our church and throughout our city.
Where should I park?
Please enter on Samuel Street and take the second left into the main parking lot. We have special Guest Parking just for you! Once you're parked, our main Sanctuary, Atrium, and Visitor's Center is located right through the main doors. Just look for the main entrance flags!
To exit, it recommended to turn right onto Dunn Rd. and take Plymouth St. to Hwy. 24 to return to Grove St., rather than waiting to turn left.
What are services like?
We have vibrant, compelling praise and worship with our live band, orchestra, choir and Dance Ministry. Our Senior Pastor, Al Brice, or one of our Associate Pastors or Guest Ministers bring relevant, scripture based, practical messages. We also offer guests the opportunity to connect with our Pastors and Staff in the "C-Side Room" after service.
What do I do with my kids?
Covenant Love's C-Luv Kids Ministry has Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary services during all of our Sunday and Wednesday night Adult services. When you come to visit us, please register your children in the Bldg. C Children's Lobby. To save time, you may register your child online before your visit.
Young people (6th grade and up) are invited to attend Destiny Generation with Jr. High services on Sunday mornings and Destiny Live services on Wednesday nights.
How should I dress?
We'd rather you be more focused on service than what you are wearing! After all, we are not focused on your attire and you will fit in no matter how you dress! Wear what's comfortable - from jeans to suit and tie! No matter what, you'll see others wearing what you wear!
What if I need someone to pray with me?
There is almost always ministry time offered during or at the end of every worship service. You may also email personal prayer requests to our Prayer Team.
Is there Spanish Interpretation?
We offer Spanish Interpretation at our 11:00 a.m. services. To pick up a headset, visit Connect Central in the Atrium.
