The website looks garbled on my computer.

Live Stream

How can I watch the Covenant Love service live on my computer?

You must be on a computer or device with an active connection to the Internet for the duration of the live stream (webcast). Hi-speed connections are recommended, though the stream is accessible at different video qualities through wireless or dial-up.  If accessing via your cellular connection, please be mindful of any charges you may incur through your data plan.

Before attempting to join a live stream on a laptop or desktop computer, make sure you install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player on your system. Mobile devices (iOS, Android 4.x) should be able to access the stream automatically. Live Stream is not yet available for Windows Phone!

At the beginning of Covenant Love service times (Sunday 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. EST) click the Live Stream link at the top of the website, or go directly to the Live Stream page.

The stream keeps stopping and starting. The video and audio are out of sync.
There is an echo in the audio.

Several factors may cause the stream playback to experience skips and delays as are common in streaming:

  1. Your computer's processor speed and available memory: A newer / faster computer and the more memory available will aid in displaying more continuous playback.  Older computers may display a more continuous webcast by accessing the mid-quality video or audio-only stream.
  2. Number of applications open on your computer: The more applications open and running at one time on your computer, the less resources that may be available to process the stream. Try closing other applications, or restarting your computer and then opening just the Live Stream.
  3. Internet connection: Increased traffic on your Internet service, or multiple users trying to connect to your household, hotel, etc. connection at once may cause internet speed to lag at times and result in occasional drops in the stream. If you experience a disconnection, use the controls on the stream window to reconnect or refresh the page.  Also try connecting to the mid-video or audio-only connection. If you are experiencing problems with your own connectivity in general, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
  4. Internet Speed: The Live Stream defaults to the highest video quality available for most devices. If you have a slow Internet connection, your device may not be able to consistently play the video at the highest quality available.
    • Desktop / Laptop users: The Live Stream will usually default to an Automatic setting and will continue to adjust to the best available stream quality during the duration of the webcast.  If you experience continual buffering, try one of the slower options to see if this will improve playback.  To change the playback quality, select the 'HD' tab in the video window and choose between HD (720), Medium (270), or Audio-Only (0).
    • iPad, iPhone, iPod users: The Live Stream will automatically adjust between the three stream quality options based on your wireless or cellular connection speed.  Viewing the Live Stream is recommended on CLC's TheChurchApp, available on the App Store.
    • Android users: For Android 4.x users, the stream should automatically adjust between the three stream quality options based on your wireless or cellular connection speed.  Live Stream is recommended for Android 4.x users through CLC's TheChurchApp, available on Google Play.
    • Windows Phone: CLC's TheChurchApp is available on the Windows Store.
Live Stream is now available for those who have upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile!
  5. Technical difficulties: When problems arise, we are prompt to make corrections and appreciate your patience.

If I miss a webcast or a service, how may I view or hear the service later?

You may review previous service video and audio on our Sermons page.

You may also freely download audio files of past sermons by subscribing to the Covenant Love Church Audio Podcasts. You may also subscribe to Destiny Generation's Audio Podcast.

The iTunes Podcasts are audio-only.  Video subscription options include CLC's YouTube channel, the CLC Roku channel, or view or download HD media from CLC's Vimeo channel.

Our Audio Podcasts will only include sermons from the past few months at any given time and generally do not contain Praise and Worship or special music of any kind.

What is a podcast?

A podcast is an audio file which you may download to your computer for playback at any time. These files can also be transferred to your iPod or other MP3 playing device.

You can easily subscribe via iTunes to the CLC and Destiny Generation audio podcasts.

Do I need an iPod to use podcasts?

No. Audio Podcasts can be played on your computer using iTunes, QuickTime, Windows Media Player, or any MP3 (audio) playing software.
